Gagalicious in Wonderland

Yesterday Fef had her bday party; themed: GAGALICIOUS IN WONDERLAND ('stache edition). We went to dine at Circolo--asian fusion--for dinner. Everything there was family style.. shared. Each plate is about $6-$12 each. The appearance is good but everything was WAY too salty for our liking. We found this place on yelp and all the pictures and reviews were decent but after trying it out myeslf, I don't think I would go back again.

DIY: Black Rose Headband

This weekend is My friend is having a birthday party and one of the requirements is that we would need to wear an avant garde-style headband. Forever21 has been selling some crazy looking bow headbands but since I didn't want to go to a party looking like everyone else; I decided to DIY my own headband. The dress i'm planning on wearing is black and white so I decided to use some black roses and added some gems for my masterpiece. Hope You'll like it.

Materials:

Fake Flowers

hot glue

super glue

lace trim ribbons

old/new headband

My materials used (hot glue not pictured)

1st step: Super glue on lace trimming

2nd step: hot glue on 2 large roses

step 3: hot glue small black flowers in the back

step 4: Add on some bling

Pink me up please!

I've always been fond of the color PINK... though, I never really wear pink but this time i decided to splash some subtle pink eyeshadow on. The key to this look is thick eyeliner with extreme fake eye ashes and pink shadow bleeding it into the cheekbone. I just couldn't resist black and white photography either.

Monterey Bay (part 1)

With the hussle and bussle of life, we hardly have time to enjoy the simple things nowadays... This weekend, I took an "all girls" trip with my mom and sis to Monterey bay. Aside from being properly pampered by the hotel amenities and services, I also channeled my inner tree hugging-nature loving self otherwise invisible by the overcast of skyscrapers of city life to uninterruptedly breath in the beauty of life.
